Core XT MMA Conditioning classes combine the dynamic and functional training and application of martial arts while focusing on the development of physical fitness, flexibility, proper body mechanics and injury prevention. We utilize several different philosophies in physical fitness and conditioning that compliment each other while providing a fun and energetic workout. The goals of this class are to teach students how to become fit, apply this to their lifestyle and develop proper technical skills. These classes are open to men and women of all levels.
