Group aims to recruit Centennial HOAs

About half of the homeowners associations in Centennial belong to the Centennial Council of Neighborhoods, and the resident-focused organization is looking to boost that percentage this spring.

CenCON is in its recruitment and renewal period for 2012. It currently includes representatives from 53 homeowners and civic associations, but there are 104 such groups in the city. Associations that don’t belong to CenCON can join for $30 and gain access to monthly meetings that include devoted citizens, city staff members, elected officials and more.
