You and each of you are hereby notified that on the 22nd day of October, A.D. 2009, the then county Treasurer of the County of Jefferson and State of Colorado, sold at public sale to Jefferson County assignor of Theodore D. Pennington applicant , who has made demand for a Treasurer’s Deed, the following described real estate, situate in the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, to wit,
Aspen Park Unit 3, Sec 12, Twn 06, Rng 71, Subdiv 058000, Blk 039, Lot 0005, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
AKA 9802 Arnold St.
That said tax sale was made to satisfy the delinquent 2008 taxes assessed against said real estate for the year 2008; that said real estate was taxed in the name of Carl E Roberts and Olga B Roberts that the statutory period of redemption expired October 22, A.D. 2012; that the same has not been redeemed; that said property may be redeemed at any time before a Tax Deed is issued; that a Tax Deed will be issued to the said Theodore D. Pennington lawful holder of said certificate, on the 7th day of March at 5:00 o’clock P.M., A.D. 2013, unless the same has been redeemed on or before 5:00 P.M. of said date.
