NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: There is a limit of one Official Entry Form per person, per household. If more than one entry is submitted, all entries from that person will be disqualified.
HOW THE SWEEPSTAKES WORKS: Community Media of Colorado will run ads directing readers to the contest page located on the website www.ourcoloradonews.com. One winner will be randomly chosen by Community Media of Colorado from all eligible entries. Winner will be contacted and instructed on how to pick up prize. Winner must complete and sign a contest affidavit that will be provided prior to receiving award.
GENERAL RULES: This contest is open only to U.S. residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Any recipient must provide his/her own transportation. Any additional costs will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Employees and retirees of Community Media of Colorado, its independent distributors, carriers and other independent contractors involved in the distribution of Community Media of Colorado, Community Media of Colorado advertising and promotion agencies, the employees of each and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Decisions of judges are final. Community Media of Colorado and the sponsors of this contest are not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, including technical failures in sending or receiving e-mail entries. Contest is void where prohibited by law. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use the winners' names and/or likenesses for the purpose of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Potential winners must execute any required Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within three days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
