Honey Smoked Salmon Pinwheels
Servings: 32 small pinwheels
*Use any of our flavors- ‐Chipotle- ‐Lime, Cracked Pepper , or Cajun.*
10oz Honey Smoked Salmon, flaked*
8oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
2T Dijon Mustard
4Lg. Flour Tortillas
¼C Red Onion, finely minced
2T Fresh Dill, Chopped
In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, mustard, and mayonnaise. Divide and spread evenly on tortillas. Sprinkle with onions and cover with Smoked
Salmon. Roll tortillas tightly and wrap in plastic. Refrigerate at least 2hours. Cut into ½“ slices, top with dill and serve with salsa.
